Corporate and Management Experience

Founder of BOLLMANN & PARTNER Frankfurt Oder Poznan (2000), Sören heads a team of ten German-Polish business and public administration consultants and trainers. He combines ten years of consulting and training experience with a wide knowledge of today's Poland. Sören is both, personally engaged in German-Polish cooperation and able to keep professional distance and neutrality. His strong point is to lead groups towards common goals and activities and a sensitive and integral management coaching.

Sören specializes in training and coaching following a systemic approach as well as in leading Future Workshops.
