Corporate and Management Experience

Bernhard has more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of research & development of chemical and consumer products in a large multinational corporation. He is particularly experienced in the fields of leadership development, enhancing team performance, facilitation and application of creativity techniques. He has several years experience with corporate in-house coaching as well as externally provided coaching. Prior to moving full-time into coaching, he was a European technical brand manager with one of the world's leading fast moving consumer goods corporations with over 250,000 employees. He has more than twelve years of experience as line manager in assignments spanning from programme management in corporate research to factory management in different European countries. He regularly publishes articles about leadership and team development in industry specific journals.
